鮮果豆腐沙律(4人份量)
材料:
百福®蒸煮滑豆腐 350毫升 1盒
蘋果 2個
生菜 適量
士多啤梨 10粒
紅莓乾 3湯匙
凱撒沙律醬 4湯匙
做法:
1) 豆腐切粒,備用。
2) 蘋果洗淨,切粒;生菜洗淨,瀝水,切細;士多啤梨洗淨,去蒂,切粒。
3) 於碟放上蘋果粒,生菜,豆腐粒,士多啤梨粒,然後淋上凱撒沙律醬和紅莓乾,完成。
Beancurd Salad with Fresh Fruits (Serving for 4)
Ingredients:
PAK FOOK® Beancurd for Steaming 350ml 1 pack
Apple 2pc
Lettuce Appropriate
Strawberry 10 pcs
Dried Cranberries 3tbsp
Caesar salad dressing 4tbsp
Directions:
1)Dice beancurd into cubes.
2)Wash and dice apple; wash lettuce and drain well. Cut lettuce into smaller pieces; wash strawberry, remove stems and dice.
3)Put diced apple, lettuce, beancurd, and strawberry on a plate, slowly add caesar salad dressing and dried cranberries. Ready to serve.
